To Search for Work Areas Based on Work Area Type

  1. Open the Define Search dialog.
  2. Set Look for to Work Areas and Folders, and if necessary specify the starting folder or work area to search in.
  3. Set Criterion Type to Work Area Type.
  4. Set Type to a particular work area type.

    This list contains all of the work area types currently defined in ProjectWise Administrator.

  5. Click the Add Criteria button.

    The defined criterion is added to the search criteria window at the top of the dialog.

  6. Click Apply or OK.

    Any work areas that are associated to the selected work area type display in the search results list.
